When Chris and I first started dating, we both valued our health and worked hard to live a nutritious, well-balanced lifestyle. With that being said, we had wildly different approaches in pursuing that goal — he had an athlete’s approach to healthy living while I had a more homeopathic approach. Because these two approaches are not always compatible, we were pushed to do extensive research and personal testing. I am happy to report that we’ve found alignment in our Miller Living! It is our goal to be transparent and honest about the things we’ve learned and tested, so that our health journey can be a sort of “trial run” for you.
